Humans and technology have started to connect in ways that were once perceived as science fiction. The advent of artificial intelligence has only accelerated that connection, offering new opportunities like never before. This rapid increase in data accessibility, human-robotic interaction, and advanced technological development has ushered in a new era—one that is disrupting the world of work. It is causing a ripple effect on changes in almost every dimension of our lives. Therefore, leaders have to become masters in managing change and that is why this course is important for everyone who leads people, processes and projects.

There are 4 modules (Topics); each consisting of a mix of learning activities like videos, articles, practical simulation exercises and knowledge tests to be completed in sequential order

What participants should do

Starting with the first module, participants are invited to work through all the activities and achieve a pass score of 100% in the short Knowledge Tests to be able to proceed to the next activity. If you do not pass a test, you can re-visit the learning material or proceed to receive coaching feedback and re-do the test as many times as you wish

Time to complete the course

Approximately 6-8 hours

Certification

On successful completion of the course, students can download and print a “badge” which confirms their achievements
